We have a lot of great locations for you to journey to, but we can also help you arrange for you to see amazing sights or fish.
Destinations:
Deer Harbor: Our back yard is home to 2 marinas, beautiful landscapes, and excellent crabbing. This would be your starting point for whatever adventure you have in mind.
Jones Island: Just around the corner to the west - Jones Island is a marine state park, with dock access for day use. Hiking trails scattered around so that nearly any hiker or any age can explore every bit of it.
Spieden Island: Spieden is a privately owned island that can be viewed from the water. Host to many different non-native animals such as sika deer, big horned ram and mufflon sheep. Bald eagles are a common sight on her north side, and trust us when we say the island has a very entertaining history!
Friday Harbor: The big city of the San Juan Islands, Friday harbor is host to wonderful shopping, great restaurants, and a host of other amenities. Just down San Juan Channel a few miles, it is a close visit while your out on the water, so skip taking the ferry and be there in a 25 minutes.
Roche Harbor: The crème de la crème for boats in the San Juan Islands. Roche is world known for its food, the yachts it attracts, and the local activities. Located on the north side of San Juan Island, its just moments from Spieden Island, so visiting both can be one stop shopping.
Activities:
Fishing & Crabbing : Depending on the season, salmon and lingcod fishing, and Dungeness crabbing are options for your time on the water. We can supply fishing poles and crab pots, along with plenty of suggestions on locations for both crab and fish. All of our boats are equipped with GPS units, and the RIBs are equipped with a depth finder, GPS, and fish finder unit.
Bird Watching: We can help you to choose some nearby locations or routes to see our native bird species.
Lighthouse Tour: There are several beautiful lighthouses perched atop scenic landscapes nearby!
Wildlife Viewing: This is what we do best! We’ll show you all the best wildlife viewing routes if you’d like to spend the day on the water getting to know our local wildlife.
